Research field

We research the following themes.
1) Clinical analysis of pediatric Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Chlamydophila pneumoniae infections among Japanese children throughout Japan.
2) Strategy of treatment for pediatric urinary tract infections.
3) Analysis of cases with COVID-19 during the pandemic and comparison with cases of other respiratory infectious diseases
4) Analysis of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)
isolated from patients at Kawasaki Medical School Hospital.
5) Analysis of control for prevention from multiple drug-resistant gram-negative rods.

And then, we also make presentations for above themes at research conferences and submit them to journals.
Furthermore, we collaborate with the other laboratory in Kawasaki Medical School and the other medical settings, and accept the 2nd grade students of Kawasaki Medical School Student as ‘Door to Medical Research’.
