Areas of Research and Major Research topics

We are conducting clinical research in various areas including those described hereinafter. The results are presented and published domestically as well as internationally. Collaborative research with other institutions is also carried out.
Expecting further progress of pediatric clinical care and research, our department welcomes pediatricians with various subspecialties, and exchange students from research counterpart institutions.

We also train 2nd year medical students as a part of their "Elementary Medical Research Experiment Course". In the course each student tackles a research project starting from creating his/her own research plan.
