紹介文
趣味はもともとはゴルフでしたが、最近は子育てになっています。近年、非結核性抗酸菌症(特にMAC)の患者さんが増加してきています。結核は減少しますが、これから非結核性に関しては病因を含めて研究が進歩していきます。抗酸菌感染症に興味がある先生がおられましたら、誰でも一緒に研究をしましょう。

  1. IGRA(QFT, T-SPOT.TB)の結核感染診断に対する再評価
  2. 胸水やBALFを用いてIGRAによる結核感染診断への応用
  3. 新たな結核感染診断キットの開発
  4. 非結核性抗酸菌症(M.kansasiiなど)の補助的診断にIGRAの応用
  5. 肺MAC症に対する治療成績
  6. 抗GPL core抗体 (IgA)による肺MAC症の診断成績
  7. VNTR法を用いた菌側からの肺MAC症に対する予後評価
